					<description>I agree.  Ageism is used to describe discrimination based on age.  That is what young people face. That is alos what some seniors face, to a much lesser extent.  Adultism, as you said, sounds very academic and stuffy.  Ageism is the term most people turn to before they are introduced to groups like NYRA, Freechild, etc.
